Tofu Ricotta Cheese

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Firm tofu
  • 1/3 c Lemon juice
  • 4 ts Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 4 tb Oil
  • 2 ts Basil
  • 1 ts Garlic


Grind tofu through a food mill or mash with fork. Mix in other ingredients.
Use in recipes that call for a Ricotta style filling.
