 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Tomato juice (heat)
  • 3 pk Lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 1 c Finely chopped celery
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ds Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mix above and let cool
  • Add:
  • 1 Finely chopped onion
  • 1 Finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Finely chopped amount of
  • -celery equal to green
  • -pepper
  • 1 cn Tiny Monarch or Richeliue
  • -string beans

 Directions

Pour into molds. Makes 16 molds.
