Tomato-Feta Stuffed Potato

 Ingredients List

  • 10 oz Idaho potatoes
  • 1/2 c Tomato -- chopped
  • 3/4 oz Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tb Nonfat sour cream
  • pn Dried dill


In small bowl combine potato flesh, tomato, feta, sourcream and dill. Bake
at 375 for 15 minutes or until hot.
