Tomato Salsa (Herb Thymes)

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Capsicum
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 3 Fresh basil leaves; or 4
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 Chilli; de-seeded


Finely chop all ingredients, and combine in a small bowl.

Serves 2. Approx 45 Cal or 189 Kj per serve.
