Tomato Vinagrette

 Ingredients List

  • 3 Tomatoes, cut into wedges


1/2 Onion, minced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/3 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Wine Vinegar
1 tb Basalmic Vinegar
2 tb Parsley, minced
1 pn Red Pepper, crushed
Ground Pepper

Mix vinagrette ingredients together and toss with tomatoes. Chill.
