 Ingredients List

  • 5 lg Potatoes
  • 1 md Onion
  • 1/3 c Flour
  • 1 ts Baking powder
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 Egg; beaten
  • 2 tb Poultry or vegetable fat


Wash, pare and finely grate the potatoes and the onion. Sift the dry
ingredients together, and add together with the egg and the fat.
