Trail Drivers Goulash

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tb Salad oil
  • 1 lg Onion, chopped
  • 3 Celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cn Tomato soup
  • 2 cn Red beans, drained
  • 10 oz Package spaghetti, cooked
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tb Chili powder
  • 2 c Grated cheese


1. Brown ground beef lightly in oil; add onion and celery and cook until
onion is yellow and celery is soft. 2. Add tomato soup; rinse cans and
add water. 3. Add beans, spaghetti and seasonings; put in 9 1/2 x 13-inch
dish. 4. Bake at 350øF until hot and bubbly. 5. Grated cheese may be put
on top last 15 minutes of baking.
