Tri - Bean Bake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 sm Onion -- thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c Celery -- thinly sliced
  • 1 c Pinto beans -- cooked
  • 1 c Lima beans -- cooked
  • 1 c Garbanzo beans -- cooked
  • 2/3 c Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c Apple juice, frozen
  • Concentrate -- defrosted
  • 1 tb Light molasses -- optional
  • 1/2 ts Dry mustard


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 10 inch skillet, combine onion and
celery. Cook in water over medium heat until vegetables are tender,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or
until hot and bubbly.
