Ingredients List
- 1 sm Onion -- thinly sliced
- 1/4 c Celery -- thinly sliced
- 1 c Pinto beans -- cooked
- 1 c Lima beans -- cooked
- 1 c Garbanzo beans -- cooked
- 2/3 c Tomato sauce
- 1/4 c Apple juice, frozen
- Concentrate -- defrosted
- 1 tb Light molasses -- optional
- 1/2 ts Dry mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 10 inch skillet, combine onion and
celery. Cook in water over medium heat until vegetables are tender,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into 1 quart casserole. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or
until hot and bubbly.
