Triple Citrus Cheesecake

  • 1 cup HONEY MAID® Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon zest and 1 teaspoon juice each from lemon, lime and orange


HEAT oven to 325°F.
MIX graham crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
BEAT cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.
BAKE 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
