Tropical Drop Candies

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Pkg (2 cups) semi-sweet
  • Choco chips
  • 3/4 c Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c Chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 c Chopped banana chips OR
  • Dried pineapple

 Directions

Line cookie sheet w/waxed paper. Melt chocolate chips over low heat;
stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well. Drop
by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate till
set, about 30 min. Store in airtight container.
