Trout in Alfoil

  • 2 Trout
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 tb Lemon juice


Clean trout then butter liberally both sides. Lay on alfoil and squeeze
lemon juice over fish. Wrap the fish in the foil and place on a few coals
to cook slowly.
