Tuna-Avacado Mold

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Envelopes unflavored
  • -gelatin; prepared as
  • -directed
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 cn (10.5-oz) cream of celery
  • -soup
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 cn (7-oz) tuna
  • 1 c Diced celery
  • 1/2 c Chopped avacado
  • 1/2 c Chopped pimiento

 Directions

Combine gelatin, mayonnaise, soup, juice and salt. Chill until slightly
thick. Add tuna, celery, avacado and pimiento. Chill until firm.
