Tuna Melts

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Jar cheese spread
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 12 1/2 oz Tuna, drained and flaked
  • 8 oz Sliced water chestnuts,,
  • -drained and chopped
  • 2 tb Snipped dried chives
  • 4 English muffins


Combine 1/2 cup of the cheese spread and the mayonnaise. Stir in tuna,
water chestnuts and chives. Spread mixture onto english muffin halves.
Place muffins on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from
heat about 3 minutes or until heated through. Top each with a dollop of the
remaining cheese spread. Broil for 30 to 60 seconds more or until cheese
