Tuna Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • -G GRANAROLI (XBRG76A)
  • 7 oz Italian tuna packed in oil
  • 1/4 Stick butter
  • 2 cl Garlic chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c White wine
  • x Salt and pepper to taste
  • 28 oz Can chopped peeled tomatoes

 Directions

Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 min, until golden. Add
tuna and cook 5 min. Add tomatoes, wine and parsly, salt and pepper and
cook on low heat 30 min. Serve over cooked, drained pasta. (wrv)
