Tuna Souffle

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/3 ts Pepper
  • 4 tb Flour
  • 4 tb Milk
  • 1 1/4 c Flaked tuna, drained
  • 4 Egg whites, well beaten
  • Pinch of thyme
  • Parmesan cheese


Mix together the first 4 ingredients; slowly add milk; then tuna. Fold in
beaten egg whites, then thyme. Pour into a well-buttered 2 quart souffle
dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for
45 minutes.
