Tuna Supper Sandwiches
Ingredients List
- 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c Chopped green onions;
- -including tops
- 1/3 c Chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cn (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe
- -olives; drained
- 2 tb Minced fresh parsley
- 1 ts Curry powder
- Seasoned salt to taste
- 1 cn (12 ounces) starkist solid
- -white or chunk light tuna;
- -drained and chunked
- 1/2 c Light mayonnaise
- 6 Soft french rolls; (7 inch
- -each), halved lengthwise
Directions
In medium bowl, place cheese, onions, red pepper, olives, parsley, curry
powder and salt; mix lightly. Add tuna and mayonnaise; toss lightly with
fork. Cover baking sheet with foil; place rolls on foil. Spread about 1/3
cup mixture on each half. Bake in 450øF oven 10 to 12 minutes or until tops
are bubbling and beginning to brown. Cool slightly before serving.
