Tuna Supper Sandwiches

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c Chopped green onions;
  • -including tops
  • 1/3 c Chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cn (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe
  • -olives; drained
  • 2 tb Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 ts Curry powder
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • 1 cn (12 ounces) starkist solid
  • -white or chunk light tuna;
  • -drained and chunked
  • 1/2 c Light mayonnaise
  • 6 Soft french rolls; (7 inch
  • -each), halved lengthwise


In medium bowl, place cheese, onions, red pepper, olives, parsley, curry
powder and salt; mix lightly. Add tuna and mayonnaise; toss lightly with
fork. Cover baking sheet with foil; place rolls on foil. Spread about 1/3
cup mixture on each half. Bake in 450øF oven 10 to 12 minutes or until tops
are bubbling and beginning to brown. Cool slightly before serving.
