Ingredients List
- 2 cups turkey breast cubed
- 3 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 jar Ragú® Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo
- 2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups ziti
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- Optional: oregano and black pepper for garnish
Directions
Sprinkle turkey breast cubes with Italian bread crumbs and stir to coat.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the turkey and brown for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the ricotta cheese, garlic salt, Ragú® Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Sauce, water and ziti . Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat and simmer for 12-14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover the pan and allow the cheese to melt for a couple of minutes. Or if your skillet is oven-safe, place the pasta under the broiler for a couple of minutes to brown the cheese.
