Turkey-Apple-Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients List
- 1/3 c Vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c Mango chutney
- 8 7-grain sandwich bread
- -slices
- 1/2 lb Thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 1 1/2 Fuji or Gala apples (sliced
- -into 24 pieces)
- 1/4 lb Thinly sliced muenster
- -cheese
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt
mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese,
and a bread slice.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat
until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Yield: 4 servings.
Per serving: 384 Calories; 14g Fat (34% calories from fat); 21g Protein;
