Turkey Pasta Florentine

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Leftover turkey, chopped
  • -into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1 pk Chopped spinach, (10 oz.)
  • -thawed and drained
  • 1 c Fat-free shredded mozzarella
  • -cheese
  • 1 c Fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1 Egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 tb Fat free parmesan cheese
  • 1 Jar fat-free spaghetti
  • -sauce, (12 oz) (12 to 16)
  • 16 Jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • -and drained


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix spinach, cheeses and egg until well-blended. Fold into chopped

3. Fill each shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Place in 12 X 8-inch
baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells and cover with foil. Bake 30-40
