Turkey Pasta Florentine
Ingredients List
- 1 c Leftover turkey, chopped
- -into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 pk Chopped spinach, (10 oz.)
- -thawed and drained
- 1 c Fat-free shredded mozzarella
- -cheese
- 1 c Fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 Egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tb Fat free parmesan cheese
- 1 Jar fat-free spaghetti
- -sauce, (12 oz) (12 to 16)
- 16 Jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- -and drained
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix spinach, cheeses and egg until well-blended. Fold into chopped
turkey.
3. Fill each shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture. Place in 12 X 8-inch
baking dish. Spoon sauce over shells and cover with foil. Bake 30-40
minutes.
