Turkey Salad Sandwich

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups cooked turkey (white and dark mixed)
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Bell”™s poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • Ciabatta bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cranberry sauce (optional)


In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment (or by hand in a bowl), place turkey and beat on low just enough to break up the meat but not pulverized.

In a small bowl, mix celery, onion, poultry seasoning, brown sugar, celery salt and mayonnaise. Mix and taste for seasoning. Adjust seasoning and add to turkey. Turn on mixer just enough to incorporate.

Serve on Ciabatta bread with lettuce and tomato, and if desired cranberry sauce
