Turkey Sandwiches with Berry Cream Cheese

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Nonfat cream cheese
  • 1/4 c Seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 tb Chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 8 sl Whole-wheat bread,
  • -(3/4-ounce)
  • 4 Curly leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lb Thinly sliced cooked turkey
  • -breast

 Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spread 2
tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each of 4 slices of bread. Top each
with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 ounces turkey, and remaining bread slices. Yield: 4
servings.

Carbohydrate; 36mg Cholesterol; 617mg Sodium

NOTES : The berry cream cheese is also good spread on bagels.
