Turkish Carrot Spread

Ingredients List
- 5 carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Preparation of this nice spread is very simple and you will finish preparing it in just about 30 minutes.
1. Firstly, clean the carrots and cook them in a bit salty water. Take a pan and fry olive oil, garlic and cumin for a few minutes, until you notice nice smell and see it getting great aroma. Move it from the heat and allow it to cool.
2. Once carrots are done, drain them and put aside to cool slightly. Take a bowl and put in it cooked carrots, add oil with garlic and cumin that you have prepared previously. Add to it feta cheese (or any young cheese that you can find), crush the cheese, add lemon juice, honey and mint leaves. Season it lightly with salt and pepper. Put everything together in a lender or use hand blender to mix all that. Put it after mixing in a fridge to cool.
