Turkish Lamb\clay Cooker

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Cut-up green beans
  • 2 Large onions, sliced
  • 1 Large Idaho potato, peeled
  • And sliced
  • 4 Large peeled tomatoes
  • 1 lb Lamb, cubed
  • Salt, caraway seeds
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Bouillon cube


Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to
cooker. Cover and put into cold oven. Turn temperature to 425F and bake for
