Ingredients List
- For the dough
- 1 package of margarine
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 coffee cup of water
- 1 pound of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- For filling
- 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- Enough salt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients for the dough with dough mixer until ingredients being as dough. Knead the mixed dough on kitchen counter for about 5 minutes. Then tear off walnut sized pieces of this dough, hand roll, and arrange into a plastic bowl. You should obtain average 22-24 walnut-sized dough. Close the lid of the bowl and put into refrigerate, and rest. Peel the potatoes, grate and smash them. Put into grated white cheese. Add enough salt by checking salt of cheese. Add 1 whole egg and 1 egg white, mix them by crushing thoroughly. Remove the dough from refrigerator. Spread each part of dough on kitchen counter with rolling pin as 3 mm thick. Put 1 teaspoon of the potato mixture in a corner of each pieces of dough and close the other sides. Cut with glass and place them on was papered tray intermittently. You can get an average of 25 -26 pieces of pastries. Apply egg yolk on the pastries with brush and sprinkle a pinch of grated cheese. Most recently put nut-sized butter on each of pastries. Cook at 300-350 degrees for 30 minutes.
