- 6 Lemons
- 12 Green chiles
- 5 cm. ginger; peeled &
- -chopped
- Salt; to taste
Directions
Cut lemons into 2 cm. pieces. Chop chillies fine. Mix together lemons,
ginger, chilies and salt well in a pickle jar. Allow to stand for about 3
days and then use. Refrigerate.
