Valentine's Day Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Ingredients List
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces finely chopped bittersweet or semisweet chocolate (I suggest using the best chocolate you can find - it'll make a huge difference!)
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon Cognac, liqueur, or brandy
- Dippable fruits (strawberries, banana pieces, dried appricots, apple slices), candied ginger, marshmellows or cookies
Directions
1. Heat cream to simmering in a medium saucepan. Lower heat and add the chocolate. Let stand until softened (about 3 minutes). Add salt and Cognac and whisk until smooth.
2. Transfer to fondue pot and keep warm with burner. Serve while hot. Use fruits, marshmellows, cookies, etc to dip in the fondu. Enjoy!
