Vanilla Butter

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Unsalted butter, at room
  • -temperature
  • 3 tb Powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tb Vanilla extract


With a wooden spoon, an electric mixer, or a food processor, cream together
the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the vanilla
until smooth. Scrape into a decorative serving dish and chill, covered, in
the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let stand at room temperature for at
least 15 minutes before serving.
