Vegetable Coleslaw

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Shredded broccoli stalks
  • 1 c Shredded white cabbage
  • 1 c Shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c Shredded carrot

 Directions

DRESSING
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Sweet relish
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Dill
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Celery seed
1/4 ts Dry mustard
3/4 c Fat free or low fat
-mayonnaise

In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.

In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables in
the large bowl.

Per serving: 75 calories 4 g protein 3 g fat 3 g fiber 5 g carbohydrate
