Vegetable Stir Fry

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Green beans
  • 1 c Sliced mushrooms
  • 4 Green onions sliced
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/8 ts Ginger
  • 1/4 c Slivered almonds


Cut green beans and parboil for 5 min. Stir fry vegetables in oil for 4 or
5 min. Add rest of ingredients.
