Ingredients List
- 2 Green peppers
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 lg Onion
- 2 sm Zucchini
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 sm Jar tomato sauce and spices
- Any kind of noodle or rice
- About 1 c. water
Directions
Slice vegetables and saute in olive oil for few minutes (5 no more than
10). Add tomato sauce and some water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add
Parmesan. Serve over pasta and noodles. Fast - delicious. Low calorie and
