Vegetarian Medley

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Green peppers
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 lg Onion
  • 2 sm Zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sm Jar tomato sauce and spices
  • Any kind of noodle or rice
  • About 1 c. water


Slice vegetables and saute in olive oil for few minutes (5 no more than
10). Add tomato sauce and some water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add
Parmesan. Serve over pasta and noodles. Fast - delicious. Low calorie and
