 Ingredients List

  • 12 sl Tomatoes
  • 1 c Zucchini -- julienned
  • 1 c Carrots -- chop fine
  • 1/2 c Scallions -- diced
  • 3 tb No-fat mayo
  • 1 tb Dijon mustard
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Jar pickled hot peppers --
  • Dice
  • 1 c Non-fat cheddar -- shredded
  • Pitas

 Directions

Mix all except cheese. Stuff pitas and add some cheese.
