  • 1 c Arrugula
  • 2 Belgian endives
  • 1 Head radicchio

 Directions

DRESSING
1/2 c Walnut oil
1/2 c Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tb Chopped walnuts
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1 ts Dijon mustard

Wash, clean, and dry vegetables. Chop and toss together. Directions for
Dressing: Blend all ingredients together and toss with salad.
