Very Berry Cream Cheese

Ingredients List
- 3 8-ounce containers of Philadelphia Cream Cheese at room temperature (not low fat)
- Fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries (chop the strawberries into smaller pieces), washed and dried well
- â…“ cup granulated sugar plus more to taste
- Pinch salt
Directions
1. Lay the cream cheese on a cutting board and flatten.
2. Add a layer of berries on top with â…“ cup sugar, and a pinch of salt.
3. With a flat spatula, fold the cream cheese over the fruit and pat down. 4. Repeat five times until ingredients are incorporated.
5. To test, run a finger across the cream cheese. If it”™s mixed enough, you won”™t see pure white.
6. Adjust sugar to taste.
