Viennese Nut Torte

 Ingredients List

  • 7 Eggs -- separated
  • 2/3 c Sugar
  • 5 oz Bittersweet chocolate --
  • Grated
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c Nuts -- ground
  • Chocolate icing


Bear yolks and sugar till light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts. Fold in
stiffly beaten whites. Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or till
