  • 1/2 c Roasted walnuts
  • 2 tb EDEN Genmai or Shiro Miso
  • 1/4 c -water; or up to...
  • 1/2 c Water

 Directions

Roast walnuts in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Blend with remaining
ingredients into a smooth paste in a blender or food processor.
Delicious served with grains and vegetables, or as a spread.
