Warm Apricot Jewel

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Dried Apricots -- firmly
  • Packed
  • 1 1/2 c Water
  • 46 oz Apricot Nectar
  • 1/4 c Frozen Tangerine Juice --
  • Thawed
  • 3 tb Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 c Brandy -- optional


Smoothly puree dried apricots and water in blender. Rub puree through a
fine strainer into a 3- to 4-quart pan. Add apricot nectar, tangerine
concentrate, and lemon juice. Stir over high heat until steaming. Add
brandy, if desired. Pour into mugs. Makes 8 cups, 6 to 8 servings.
