Warm Lobster Dip

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn (5 oz.) lobster
  • 1/2 lb Light cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c Sauterne or other white wine
  • 1 tb Light mayonnaise
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ts Finely chopped onion
  • 1 ts Granulated sugar
  • 1 ts Dijon mustard
  • Pinch salt & cayenne pepper


Drain lobster; flake meat with fingers and set aside.
