Warm Spiced Cranberry Cocktail

 Ingredients List

  • 4 1/2 c Cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 1/2 c Unsweetened orange juice
  • 8 Whole cloves
  • 2 Orange slices, 1/4-inch
  • -thick, each cut into three
  • -wedges, (optional)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg,
  • -(optional)

 Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 7 minutes. Discard cloves. Yield: 1-1/2
quarts (serving size: 1 cup).

NOTES : Pour into mugs; garnish with orange wedges and nutmeg, if desired.
