Watermelon Compote

 Ingredients List

  • 6 c Watermelon balls
  • 5 c Cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c Green grapes
  • 1 1/2 c Seedless red grapes
  • 3/4 c Creme de cassis (black
  • -currant liqueur)



Combine forst 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Add liqueur; toss
gently to coat. Cover and chill. Yield: 12 servings. (about 130 calories
per 1 cup serving)
