Watermelon Wine Slushie

  • 6 cups fresh watermelon cubed
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine


Place the watermelon cubes in a single layer onto baking sheet.
Place in freezer and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen and ready to use.
Place 1/2 of the watermelon cubes into blender with 1/2 bottle of wine. Blend on high for 1 minute until shush.
Pour into wine glasses and enjoy! Repeat with remaining watermelon and wine.
Store unused slush portion in the freezer until ready for another glass. Blend for a couple seconds to reincorporate.
