Weight Watchers Chicken Stroganoff for the Crock Pot

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast, uncooked
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 container (16 ounce) fat-free sour cream
  • 1 envelope (1 1/4 ounce) onion soup mix

 Directions

1. Place frozen chicken in the bottom of a crock pot.

2. Mix the other ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour it over the chicken.

3. Cover and cook on Low for 7 hours.
