Weight Watcher's Cucumber Cooler

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 packets of Stevia (I use Pure Via)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 - 4 medium cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed


Mix together. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. I like to make this the night before.
