Ingredients List
- 4 Veal escalopes
- Salt
- 1 tb Flour
- 1 Egg; beaten
- 1 1/2 oz Breadcrumbs
- 2 oz Fat
- 1/4 pt Water
- 2 -(up to)
- 3 tb Sour cream
Directions
Season meat with salt; dip in flour, then in egg, finally in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden. Add water & sour cream to pan
drippings; stir well. Garnish with slices of lemon, anchovies & capers.
