West Indian Shrimp

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 lb Shrimp, cooked -- drained
  • And peeled
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1 tb Angostura bitters
  • 1 ts Dried chervil
  • 1/2 ts Marjoram
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • 1/2 ts Cumin seed
  • 1/4 ts Saffron
  • 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

 Directions

In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil until it smokes. Quickly saute
shrimp. Stir in bitters and herbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil
until lightly browned.
