Wheat, Pecan, and Raisin Bread

  • 1 Lb Loaf:
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 1 3/4 c Bread flour
  • 1/4 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 tb Dry milk; (Or Equiv Liquid
  • ; Milk, Adj Water)
  • 1 ts Yeast
  • 1/4 c Raisins
  • 1 3/4 oz Pecans; Crushed

 Directions

This is for a 'medium' (1 lb) loaf for the Hitachi. The raisins and pecans
are added after the first kneading, about 25 minutes into the cycle.
