White Bread (And Variations)

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk Yeast
  • 2 1/2 c Bread flour
  • 4 ts Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Nonfat milk powder
  • 4 ts Applesauce; unsweetened (see
  • -note)
  • 1 tb Poppy seeds
  • 1 tb Sesame seeds
  • 325 cc Water

 Directions

Recipe By: Reggie Dwork. Put all ingredients into pan in order given. Use
the nonfat milk as powder - do not reconstitute. I select the thin crust
and start the machine.

NOTE: I use applesauce to reduce the fat content. Standard recipe uses 4
tsp butter or margarine.
