White Chocolate and Macadamia Brownie

Ingredients List
- 180g white chocolate, chopped
- 150g unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1 teaspoon Queen vanilla extract or essence
- 100g macadamia nuts, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup (115g) plain flour
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170C. Line a 18cm (base) square cake pan with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
Place the chocolate and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium/50% power, stirring every minute, for 1-2 minutes until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3
Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined. Stir in the macadamia nuts and flour until well combined. Pour into the pan.
Step 4
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer when inserted. Set aside to cool completely.
