White Chocolate Cranberry Chex Mix

Ingredients List
- 4 Cups of Rice Chex
- â…” Cup White Chocolate Chips
- â…“-1/2 cup Dried Sweetened Cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Directions
1. Place Rice Chex into a medium bowl.
2. Place White Chocolate Chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Microwave on high for 30 seconds then remove and stir. Again, microwave on high for 30 seconds then remove and stir until creamy and melted. (you may need to microwave again if not melted.
3. Pour all of melted White Chocolate Chips on top of the Chex Mix and gently fold in (don”™t break the chex) until evenly coated. Sprinkle on powdered sugar and gently fold in until evenly coated.
4. Add cranberries and gently fold in.
5. Spread mix out onto a foil covered cookie sheet and either let harden on you counter for up to a few hours (may take less) or place into the refrigerator to dry (should take 30 minutes or less).
6. Store in an air tight container for a week (maybe more).
