White Christmas Puddings

 Ingredients List

  • 12 Squares white baking chocolate
  • 2/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Stick butter
  • 6 Eggs, separated
  • 5 Squares semi-sweet chocolate (melted)


Heat both the white chocolate and the cream in a double boiler until chocolate is melted.
Beat in the butter, then gradually beat in the egg yolks.
Place over simmering water and cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until it is thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Spoon into glass dessert dishes and chill for 2 hours.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over each pudding.
Chill again before serving.
