  • 3 tb Butter
  • 3 tb Flour
  • 1/2 c Chicken stock
  • 1/2 c Heavy cream
  • 1/2 c Cuvee superieur white

 Directions

In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Add
the liquids and simmer until thick.
